Learn to do an aerial cartwheel with video help!
Stumbled on this one via YouTube...how awesome is this?
Granted, the guy knows his stuff but damn...
If you ever wanted to learn the correct way to do an aerial cartwheel (a.k.a. handless cartwheel) from a guy strung out on PCP *and* wearing a cast, today is your lucky day my friend.
